黑胡椒鹹蛋杏鮑菇粥
早上被均均聽到我跟老婆說中午我吃粥就好，但其實我說了很長一串，我要吃源源的粥磚裝剩的稀粥就好，均均竟然只聽關鍵字，當我問他中午要吃什麼，他就直接跟我說要吃粥，用飯、麵、粥三個字去排列組合問了三次，這小子都精準立刻地回答粥！
冰箱有杏鮑菇，我又去生鮮超市補了鹹蛋、小白菜跟炸豆管再加上一包素肉鬆，我習慣在腦海邊買菜邊模擬整個主菜順序跟成品樣式與口味，雖然在煮的過程常常隨便亂變，就決定今天中午來煮：
鹹蛋杏鮑菇粥
煮菜的順序，我喜歡先把每道菜的食材都備好
- 小白菜
- 杏鮑菇
- 鹹蛋
- 炸豆管
煮菜順序：
- 先將各個食材依次下鍋拌炒
- 準備一鍋熱水，將炒好的食材與電鍋白飯倒進去
- 維持小火烹調並不斷地去攪拌調味
- 完工
如果不想吃太稀的人，可以以直接白飯泡湯水成湯飯吃。
額外撒上香香脆脆的素肉鬆，均均很喜歡吃，老婆則是素肉鬆加辣椒油，我自己則是撒一堆黑胡椒鹽啦！！
